1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.


2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Made-to-order or customized products may take longer to dispatch — usually between 7–10 business days.

  • You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has been shipped.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500

  • A standard shipping fee of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹500.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional handling fee (if applicable).


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, location, or courier delays.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment using the link provided or by visiting the courier partner’s website.


6. Delays & Issues

While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen delays may occur due to logistics or external factors.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged parcel or your order is lost in transit:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery).

  • We’ll investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund, as per our Refund & Return Policy.
