Chilling Monster Tales #1 Classic Horror Magazine from 1966 with great pics, scary pinups, unique Chic Stone cover. Released by MM PUBLICATIONS.
Hard to find vintage mid-60s Monster issue which couldn’t compete with Famous Monsters of Filmland but packed as much of the beloved Universal Monsters and corny caption as possible. Was actually unique in that it had color (mostly blood red) on select pages.
Very nice condition first edition with Frankenstein and Dracula being attacked by a giant ant (from THEM)! on the cover. Complete. Includes all pin ups. Slight (approx 1”) bottom cover separation and handwritten name. View pictures and check out video for grade and details. No exposure to smoke, pets, mold, dust, or magazine-eating giant insects.
